The ISO Group (Informatique Sans Ordinateur) designs activities to discover computer science without using a computer. Those activities are dedicated to elementary, middle, and/or high school students. They can be found on the IREM website and material can be borrowed. Some examples of possible activities:
The Girls & Maths & Computer Science Group promotes mathematics and computing to young girls and addresses gender stereotypes. It organizes an annual meeting dedicated to high school girls. The last meeting (a “Rendez-vous des Jeunes Mathématiciennes et Informaticiennes”) was organised from November 17 to 19, 2022. The next one will be on April 2, 2024.
