Anaïs Durand
Associate Professor, Ph.D.
Université Clermont Auvergne, France
Associate professor in Computer Science at Université Clermont Auvergne, I am teaching at the Computer Science Department of the IUT Clermont Auvergne at Aubière. My research interests are distributed algorithms, fault-tolerance, self-stabilization, dynamic graphs, and robot fleets, among other things. I do my research in the Network and Security theme at the LIMOS.
I am member of two research groups at the IREM Clermont-Ferrand. The ISO Group (Informatique Sans Ordinateur) designs activities to discover computer science without using a computer. Those activities are dedicated to elementary, middle, and/or high school students. The FMI Group (Filles & Maths & Informatique) promotes mathematics and computer science to young girls and organize an anual meeting dedicated to high school girls.
